What To Watch: CTV Two (Fall 2014)

For a place that is supposedly a dumping ground for shows that weren’t good enough for CTV, CTV Two’s schedule is pretty solid. It has established series such as The Voice, Law and Order: SVU and Dancing With The Stars. In fact, it has so many hits that it only has one new series this fall: The Mysteries of Laura (Wednesday 8 p.m.).

Time Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday
7 The Big Bang Theory The Listener The Big Bang Theory
7:30 eTalk Comedy Encore
8 The Voice The Voice The Mysteries of Laura  The Vampire Diaries MasterChef Junior

Schedule Changes: Fox moved MasterChef Junior from Friday to Tuesday at 8 p.m. and since CTV apparently didn’t want to mess around with The Voice, The Goldbergs and Anger Management got the boot instead. Criminal Minds takes over MasterChef Junior‘s old slot. (Updated: November 3rd)

New Series:

The Mysteries of Laura (Wednesday 8 p.m.)

This series struck me as a Murder She Wrote for a new audience. I don’t think it will be massively successful, but it looks like it might be a stable show for Wednesday night if it gets a footing.
