Summer is nearing its end, but there’s no need to get down because The Blog is back. And if you haven’t noticed already, I’ve made a few changes.
You probably know that I’ve had links to TV press releases for a while, but I now have a new link for tech press releases from the fine folks at PR Newswire.
I’ve also included a few new links to other sites where you can find info on the latest Canadian TV shows over on the Favourite Sites page.
The biggest addition in terms of content is that What To Watch has been updated for the new fall season. I’ve gathered the schedules for the major networks along with trailers and first impressions for new series.
A lot happened while I was away, including the Jays completely blowing up things in the ratings, the Pan Am Games and whatever Mr. Robinson was supposed to be. Disney Channel and Cartoon Network snuck onto many cable and satellite providers, too, while Teletoon Retro disappeared.
If you thought I was going to let that slide, you don’t know me well enough. I’ve pieced together a look at the chaos and confusion around the whole Disney Channel situation in Canada to mark coming out of the greatest hiatus of all time.
I hope to bring a lot more to The Blog in the next few weeks, so stay tuned.
