Sunday’s Senators-Canadiens game easily topped the weekend (logo via Wikimedia)

In the second weekend of the Stanley Cup Playoffs, the Senators-Canadiens series easily remained on top. Sunday’s Senators-Canadiens game drew over 3.7 million viewers, which topped last weekend’s top game, also a Senators-Canadiens match that drew just under 3.5 million viewers.

Friday’s Senators-Canadiens game managed to tie Saturday’s Canucks-Flames game with 2.8 million viewers to take the title of the second most-watched sports event of the weekend.

Like last week, eight of the weekend’s top 10 sports events were Stanley Cup playoff games. Friday’s Raptors-Wizards playoff game was the weekend’s fifth most-watched sports event, while the Saturday’s Jays-Rays game took the sixth spot for the weekend.
