Canadian TV Ratings [Sports]: April 10-13, 2015

The Masters Tournament did very well over the weekend (logo via Wikimedia)

Hockey Night in Canada ended the regular season on a pretty nice note. Its early games on Apr. 11 drew over 2.2 million across the CBC and an assortment of Rogers outlets. Saturday’s Oilers-Canucks game drew over a million viewers as well.

Hockey wasn’t the only big sport over the weekend. The Masters Tournament impressed as well. The final round of the Masters drew nearly 1.2 million viewers on Global. That was enough to be the third most-watched sports event of the weekend. The Masters was just shy of beating out Monday’s Jays game, which drew 1,220,000 viewers.
