Canadian TV Ratings: March 9-15, 2015

CSI: Cyber and The Odd Couple continued their strong performance during the week of Mar. 9. The Mar. 11 episode of CSI: Cyber drew 2,758,000 viewers to become the week’s second most-watched program. Actually, CSI: Cyber pulled an Empire and managed to rise from its already strong premiere. If you remember, the premiere of CSI: Cyber drew 2,644,000 on Mar. 4, which also made it the week’s second most-watched show.

The Odd Couple managed to rise as well, despite the drop of its lead in The Big Bang Theory. The Mar. 12 episode of The Odd Couple drew 2,362,000 viewers, up from the 2,239,000 that the Mar. 5 episode brought in.

That luck managed to spread to some of the weaker performing mid-season shows. Both Secrets and Lies and Battle Creek rose from their previous episodes. Secrets and Lies pulled in 1,254,000 up from 1,190,000 and Battle Creek drew 1,198,000 up from 1,098,000.

The luck didn’t rub off on American Crime, which was the 30th most-watched show of the week and sank down to 1,126,000 viewers from the previous week’s 1.5 million.

Elsewhere this week, Monday’s chart below looks a bit different when compared to last week’s, as without Gotham and Forever in the way, both NCIS: Los Angeles and Scorpion managed to chart.

The week also saw The Juno Awards on Sunday. It drew 1,428,000 and that was down slightly from last year’s show that drew 1,431,000.
